Jurassic Dig

Growley and the Stolen Jewellery: About Me
children built a dinosaur

Have you ever experienced a dinosaur STEM activity like this before?

Have you ever held a fossil?

Do you have a dinosaur enthusiast in your midst?

This dinosaur STEM workshop introduces children to mathematics, scientific concepts and team work.

Let us step back in time and marvel at the awesomeness that is DINOSAURS!

Your group will have to work together to construct a giant dinosaur skeleton. The skeleton measures over 2 meters long! This activity will put their problem solving skills to the test. As there are many components to constructing a skeleton, the children will need to work together to complete this task. Oh did we mention in small groups, the children will also dig for a small dinosaur skeleton that they will need to piece together?

The group will also get to look at and hold some fossils and replica dinosaur skulls.

Each child will also receive a miniature 3D dinosaur puzzle to construct and/or take home and keep for their very own. Children love this dinosaur craft activity for early years and beyond.

You will have a team of aspiring archeologists by the end of this workshop!
