1. Book 3 or more workshops
Choose three or more eligible Beyond the Beanstalk workshops for the same service, or book an eligible multi-week program.
Your three workshops do not need to be booked in the same transaction.
2. Book and pay online
Choose your workshops, dates and times and complete your booking online.
You can pay using:

All qualifying bookings must be paid in full.
3. Your STEM Bonus Pack is reserved
Once your qualifying bookings are paid in full, we'll reserve your complimentary 30 Activity STEM Bonus Pack.
4. Keep the STEM going!
Your digital Bonus Pack will be emailed to the booking contact on the morning of your first qualifying workshop.
Then you’ll have another 30 activities ready to keep the experimenting, designing and problem-solving going.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to book all three workshops at once?
No. Your workshops can be booked separately during the promotional period. They simply need to be for the same service and booked using the same service/business details so we can identify your qualifying bookings.
Do multi-week programs qualify?
Yes. An eligible Beyond the Beanstalk multi-week program qualifies for the complimentary 30 Activity STEM Bonus Pack without needing to book three separate workshops.
When will we receive the Bonus Pack?
Your Bonus Pack will be emailed to the booking contact on the morning of your first qualifying workshop.
Why isn't the Bonus Pack sent when I book?
The Bonus Pack is a complimentary resource provided as part of your qualifying workshop booking. Your qualifying bookings must therefore remain active and paid in full before the resource is issued.
Can we use the activities more than once?
Absolutely. The pack is yours to use within the service that qualified for the promotion.
Can we share the pack with another service?
No. The Bonus Pack is supplied for use by the qualifying service and cannot be redistributed, resold, uploaded online or shared with other services or organisations.
Can I still use EARLY10?
Yes. If your workshops independently meet the requirements of the EARLY10 promotion, you can use the coupon at checkout and still qualify for the STEM Bonus Pack.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Book 3. Get 30 More. promotion is available for qualifying bookings made and paid for by 30 August 2026.
To qualify, a service must book three or more eligible Beyond the Beanstalk workshops, or an eligible multi-week program, for the same service/location.
Qualifying workshops do not need to be purchased in a single transaction. However, bookings must use the same service/business details so they can be identified as belonging to the same qualifying service.
All qualifying workshops must be paid in full before the complimentary STEM Bonus Pack will be issued.
The complimentary STEM Bonus Pack contains 20 STEM Recipe Activity Cards and 10 STEM Challenge Cards and is supplied digitally.
The STEM Bonus Pack will be emailed to the booking contact on the morning of the first qualifying workshop. The resource will not be supplied in advance of the first workshop.
If a qualifying booking is cancelled, reduced or otherwise changed so that fewer than three eligible workshops remain, the booking will no longer qualify for the complimentary STEM Bonus Pack.
Rescheduled workshops remain eligible provided the booking continues to meet the promotional requirements and remains paid in full.
The STEM Bonus Pack is provided once per qualifying service, not once per workshop or booking.
The STEM Bonus Pack is provided for use by the qualifying service only. It may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded online, reproduced for commercial distribution or shared with another service or organisation.
This promotion may be used in conjunction with the EARLY10 promotion where the booking independently meets the eligibility requirements of both offers.
Standard Beyond the Beanstalk booking Terms & Conditions, cancellation policies and applicable travel charges continue to apply.
Beyond the Beanstalk reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.
