How do clocks turn movement into a way of measuring time? Growley and the Crazy Clocks takes children on a story-led exploration of timekeeping, movement, energy and mechanisms. Children investigate how different clock systems use repeating motion and mechanical ideas to help us measure and organise time. Hands-on challenges encourage observation, prediction and creative engineering as children compare mechanisms and think about how moving parts work together. The workshop connects familiar objects with physical science and engineering, showing children that even everyday technology can be full of clever ideas.
