Welcome to Beyond the Beanstalk's Blueprint Bonanza Professional Development Workshop, an essential training for educators eager to elevate their STEM teaching practices. This workshop is specifically designed to align with the EYLF, MTOP, and Australian Curriculum, ensuring that your approach to STEM education is both effective and compliant with national standards. Workshop Overview Pre-Workshop Preparation To tailor the workshop to your needs, we distribute a detailed questionnaire three weeks in advance. This questionnaire gathers information about your current STEM curriculum, available resources, educator confidence levels, student demographics, and specific goals or challenges. Your insights help us customise the workshop content, making it highly relevant and impactful. This information is then used to create a tailored plan for your service. Prices are based on 65 placed service. Workshop Schedule: 2 Hours Hour 1: Introduction and Foundations We start with a warm welcome and an overview of the workshop. The first hour focuses on the importance of STEM education and reviews the insights from the pre-workshop questionnaire. We also introduce the fundamental building blocks of STEM, setting a strong foundation for the rest of the session. Hour 2: Deep Dive into the 5Week-STEM Programming Plan and Hands on Activities/ Q&A's The second hour is dedicated to a detailed exploration of our 5-week STEM plan. In this interactive session where educators engage in practical STEM activities. This is followed by a collaborative planning session to develop tailored STEM projects for your classroom. We conclude with a Q&A and feedback session, ensuring all your questions are addressed and you leave with actionable insights. Why Book?
