Designed for children aged 2-5 and 5-12, this unique workshop transports young explorers beyond the beanstalk into the imaginative realm of the Spaceship Tree. Tailored for teachers and early childhood educators, our programme aligns with the EYLF, MTOP, and Australian Curriculum, offering an enriching blend of creativity and learning. Explore Mathematical and Engineering Concepts From 2D to 3D Structures: Hands-On Learning: Children will learn to take 2D shapes and transform them into 3D structures that they can walk in, sparking curiosity and problem-solving skills. Geodesic Dome Creation: Explore mathematical and engineering concepts to create a geodesic dome, delving into patterns and their application in structural design. Reenact the Adventure: Creative Exploration: Children will reenact the thrilling Spaceship Tree adventure, encountering "forcefields," "meteor showers," and other exciting challenges as they unleash their creativity and imagination. Did we mention they'll also get to use a vice changing microphone? Curriculum Integration Our Spaceship Tree Workshop is meticulously designed to align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time, Our Place (MTOP), and the Australian Curriculum. Our activities and resources are crafted to meet educational standards, ensuring seamless integration into your existing curriculum.

  • Chair for presenter

  • Ability to darken room for Glow Getters, Where the rainbow Goes, Universe Reversed and Treasure in the Sky
