PAYMENTS

​

All workshops must be paid for in advance as per enrolment agreement.

Payment failure will result in your child being unable to participate in future workshops.

You be will invoiced for workshops at the completion of your enrolment form.

By enroling your child in Beyond the Beanstalk you agree to pay your account in advance when due.

I understand that any fees paid are not refundable or transferable. 

Childcare subsidy (CCS) is not applicable with Beyond the Beanstalk workshops.

MISSED WORKSHOPS

​

There are no refunds for workshops missed but your child will still receive access to the Storytime STEM video via Youtube link and any individual creative activity resources from the workshop.

SUPERVISION

​

Beyond the Beanstalk staff are aware of NSW Education and Care Services regulations and ratio requirements. 

At no time will our presenters be left alone with your children.

Service staff will maintain ratios and supervision at all times.

All Beyond the Beanstalk staff have valid working with children checks.

DECLARATION AND INDEMNITY

​

I give permission for my child to participate fully in all aspects of Beyond the Beanstalk workshops.

I acknowledge that my child will be exposed to all normal risks associated with participation in the program. 

I understand that a comprehensive risk assessment is provided to my child's service prior to workshop.

 

COVID SAFE

​

Beyond the Beanstalk has a thorough Covid Safe Plan, which has been provided to your child's service.

This has been written in conjunction with government advice and guidelines and all of our presenters follow our Covid Safe Plan at all times.

MEDIA CONSENT

​

I give permission for images in which my child appears to be used by Beyond the Beanstalk, its representatives and employees, for publications and public relations activities.

Beyond the Beanstalk are authorised to take photographs my child in connection with workshops, incursions and activities.

I authorise Beyond the Beanstalk, its assignees and transferees, to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that Beyond the Beanstalk may use such photographs and/or video footage of my child for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media and web content.
