Where the Mirrors Grow: About Me

Where the Mirrors Grow
(part two)

IMG_5489.heic

Can a mirror really go on forever?

What will you see when you look into the m
irror?

What's on the other side of the mirror or are they a black hole?

Are you ready for another adventure Beyond the Beanstalk?

A story where mirrors aren't just a device to look at your reflection, these mirrors grow and grow into a forest of mirrors!

Children will hear part two of Where the Mirrors Grow and venture further into the mirror forest. This story is the follow on of part one but can also be a stand alone workshop.

Children will view themselves in a giant infinity mirror, look though a two way mirror and see what effect different lights can have on a mirrors reflection. Exercising their fine motor skills and cognitive functions, children will learn about light reflection as they explore the STEM concepts of science and maths.

Every child will make their own durable infinity mirror. This activity will require concentration, and some science and engineering to make their own mini, portable infinity mirror.

Are you ready to come to infinity and Beyond the Beanstalk?
